Need confidence in your business? Create a Vision Board.

My 4 PM “lunch break” found me assembling my vision board.

My days usually begin with me looking presentable 🤣🤣🤣 hair done, face beat, etc. By the end of 12-16 hours, I’ve been on the phone, edited books, worked on branding, packed and shipped packages and more...I look like this 🤷🏾‍♀️ Lol. Pretty glam right? 🤣😉

Today, I took the advice from my best friend, Jasmine, of 30 years and assembled my vision board for She’s Ready (www.shesready.co). She came over the other day and “yelled” at me about it not being done. Hey...a girl is busy, right? Lol

I purchased this board three months ago. I wanted it to be pretty to hang In my office. At the time I didn’t have an office, but I was determined I would have a designated space in my new home (And now I do).

I am the QUEEN OF PROCRASTINATION, partially because I make things way too hard.

I’ve had the elements printed and cut out for over a month. I thought I needed to take hours and hours for my vision board, but once I sat down to do it, it was about 20 minutes.

I spent more time being honest with myself about the goals I had for my business and designing the pieces. You can use magazines, but I didn’t have any so I jumped on Canva and printed the pages out at Staples (I hate burning up my color ink 🤷🏾‍♀️).

If you are having a hard time designing your board, here are some things I thought about:

1. Logo. If you have a logo designed that should definitely be on your board.

2. What do you want to speak into existence? I gathered pictures from IG accounts and internet searchE’s that inspire me. I thought about where I want my product to be (stores and location). If my product is worldwide I will need wanting a warehouse - I put that on the board. I listed some of the magazines I want to be featured in also.

3. I printed out a check and made it out to myself for my first million dollars.

Lastly....I prayed over the vision. Dedicated it back to God. I asked Him to blow my mind, expand my territory, and help me create a legacy for my children and my children’s children.

Do you pray over your business? Do you strategize and include God in the process. If you don’t, set a time and do it. Watch your confidence shoot up💜

Thanks Jazzy J @queencormie for the inspiration and the push.🙌🏾🙌🏾🙌🏾
